Online Technology Suite Launched at Waterford Airport New Online Check-In, Mobile Website, Live Flight Information and Free WiFi

Waterford Airport launched a passenger friendly suite of online and technology services today (Sunday, September 18). The South East’s Airport today launched a new Mobile Website, Online Check-in Service, Online Live Flight Information and free WiFi in the terminal building.

Commenting on the announcement, Waterford Airport CEO, Graham Doyle said, “We are delighted launch these improvements aimed at enhancing the convenience we offer to our passengers. In particular, the mobile version of our website is specifically tailored to the needs of passengers with live flights information – so checking on your flight status while on the move is easy.

Passengers travelling with hand luggage can now also save time in advance of their arrival at the Airport with the (free of charge) option to checkin in online at aerarann.com or through the airport’s website within 72 hours of their departure time and up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure – this will be particularly useful for people travelling to or from the South East on business. WiFi is a must with many people now travelling with their laptops, tablet computers and smartphones – we’re delighted to be able to offer it free of charge to our passengers.”

The brand new mobile suite of Technology was developed by Waterford Company Cquent Ltd.
