New Café Bar opens at Waterford Airport Departures Lounge

A brand new Café Bar has officially opened at the departures lounge at Waterford Airport; Aviance Bar.

The new cafe bar is owned and operated by Waterford based restaurateur Tony McMahon. The cafe bar was built with limited disruption to passengers and was complete within in seven days. It aims to add value to the whole passenger experience at Waterford Regional Airport.

According to owner Tony McMahon, Aviance Cafe Bar gives passengers an opportunity to sit back and relax while they wait to board their flight. “Whether passengers are travelling on business or to a sporting event across the water, we hope that we can make everybody's flight more enjoyable. Next time your flying from Waterford regional airport, why not check-in and go straight through to the departures lounge and enjoy our new service"

Quality coffee's, a wide selection of snacks, some gifts and a full bar, offering draught beers, a comprehensive wine list and spirits forms it's offering and Aviance is open for business during all flights departing from Waterford Regional Airport

Welcoming the new addition to the Airport facilities, Waterford Airport CEO, Graham Doyle said, “We are delighted with this new addition to the facilities at the Airport; we have already received enormously positive feedback from passengers so it is another step forward with regard to amenities at the terminal.”
